How do I pay?

We use PayPal for secure, safe and confidential payments. We accept payment via credit card, debit card and bank transfers. When using PayPal your sensitive financial information is securely stored with PayPal and Sublime Designs receives your payment without ever seeing your financial information. If you don't currently have a pay pal account, you'll be asked to create one and once complete will be sent directly back to the shopping cart. Throughout this process all of your personal information remains safeguarded.  It is very simple and quick to do.

Do you have gift vouchers?

Yes, Sublime Designs offers gift vouchers in a range of values and can be purchased from our online Shop.

Can I hang the boards straight away?

All* canvas boards come with hanging wire and eyelets on the rear of the board so you can hang it on your wall as soon as you like.

*Products that are "magnetised" have magnetic strips on the back so they can be placed on a metal surface or placed on a stand.  These are not intended for hanging.

How much weight can a board hold?

The maximum weight a board can hold is 12kg. 

Sublime Designs does not take responsibility for the manner in which the board is hung, displayed or used, nor any damages arising as a result.

Can I request a customised product?

We are more than happy to discuss a customised product.  Simply contact us and we'll see how we can help you with your request.

What else do I need to know about your products?

As all products are individually hand-made, minor variances may occur.

When ordering via the internet, colours can vary due to monitor settings. Sublime Designs takes no responsibility for incorrect selections.
