Payments:

We use PayPal for secure, safe and confidential payments. We accept payment via credit card, debit card and bank transfers. When using PayPal your sensitive financial information is securely stored with PayPal and Sublime Designs receives your payment without ever seeing your financial information. If you don't currently have a pay pal account, you'll be asked to create one and once complete will be sent directly back to the shopping cart. Throughout this process all of your personal information remains safeguarded.

Returns/Refunds:

When ordering please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Sublime Designs takes every precaution when packaging our products.  If you receive a product in a damaged condition you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.  We will refund the item if it is returned within 7 days of notifying us and is in its original packaging .  The return will be at your own cost and we will not accept any COD returns.

Privacy

The security of your personal information is important to us and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of our customers and securing any details you provide us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

The amount of information we collect about you depends on how you use our website and how much information you elect to provide.

If you provide personal information, those details are stored securely and may be used to send you marketing material and for statistical purposes. However, madeit cannot warrant the security of any information sent over the internet to us and we are not responsible for circumstances where that information is accessed without authorisation.

Personal information will not be intentionally disclosed outside of our organisation (or related entities) without your consent, except where we are required or permitted to do so at law.

We will only permit your personal information to be accessed by authorised staff and we will take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is accurate and up to date and protected from risks such as unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

However, if a third party gains unauthorised to access to Sublime Designs data which was not as a result of our negligence, we will not be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result.
